Section of Putnam Park Road to be Closed for Repair Work
The work is taking place in the vicinity of 31 Putnam Park Road (Route 58).
Eversource has begun work to replace a section of underground electric cable on Putnam Park Road, near the intersection of Hoyts Hill Road in Bethel, according to a press release.
In order to safely complete the work, a section of the northbound lane of Putnam Park Road will be closed temporarily. Police will direct drivers around the construction site.
The repair work will not affect the delivery of power to Eversource customers.

The work is scheduled to take place through the end of April. Most construction activity will occur between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Some aspects of the repair may take place after regular business hours in order to complete the work in a timely manner.
