Travel Agency Among 22 New Businesses Registered In Bethel In August

Bethel logged 22 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Clothing and accessories retailers and management consultants were the most common categories, with two filings each.

Among the new arrivals were The Park Guide Co, a travel business, Panda Garden Lin, a quick-service restaurant and Harpys Nest, a resale shop. All but four organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were a professional LLC and three corporations.

Registering with the state doesn't necessarily mean a business has opened its doors — the paperwork can come well before or after a launch. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
