Wireless Zone Giving Away Loaded Backpacks in Bethel
Bethel families may visit the Bethel Wireless Zone on Sunday to pick up a backpack filled with various school supplies.
BETHEL, CT — The Wireless Zone store at 128 Greenwood Avenue will be joining more than 1,300 other franchisees in the eighth annual School Rocks Backpack Giveaway this Sunday, July 21, from 1-4 p.m.
In 2018, the National Retail Federation estimated that the average parent will spend $112 dollars on school supplies, and an average total of $685 on clothing, electronics, accessories and supplies. The Wireless Zone stores, in partnership with The Cellular Connection (TCC) and Culture of Good, have been working to alleviate the rising costs of school supplies through their annual backpack giveaways.
Bethel families may visit the Bethel Wireless Zone on Sunday to pick up a backpack filled with various school supplies, including pencils, paper, folders, a pencil box, ruler and glue. No qualifications or purchase are necessary.
