BETHANY, CT — Bethany and Woodbridge together recorded 22 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry — eight in Bethany and 14 in Woodbridge. Management consultants and real estate and holding companies were the most common categories, with two filings each.
Woodbridge Seafood Pot was one of the more distinctive filings — a full-service restaurant — joined by bad bird fishing, a sporting-goods store and Veyda Labs, a research business. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a professional LLC.
