20,000-Square-Feet Lease Deal Announced In Branford

BRANFORD, CT — Kristin Geenty, President of The Geenty Group, Realtors, announced Thursday the sub-lease of 20,000 square-feet of office space at 20 Thompson Road.

Geenty represented the Sub-Landlord which is the company formerly known as Seton Nameplate – The Brady Corporation in the sub-lease transaction, and Wareck D’Ostilio, of Real Living, represented the Sub-Tenant, CPa Medical.

The Sub-Tenant is a growing medical billing company and will occupy the space through the expiration of The Brady Corporation’s lease term. The Brady Corporation has moved the bulk of its operations out of state and continues to grow its international business outside Connecticut.
