5 Days of Artistic Expression at Saint Mary School's Camp for the Arts -- June 19 - 23, 2017 (9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m)

We are very excited to be offering again our week long summer Camp for the Arts! Featuring Music Teacher Mr. Brendan Mason, Artist Mrs. Corina AlvarezdeLugo, and Music and Movement teacher Mrs. Dorota Xeller. All three are extremely talented and gifted individuals who are looking forward to sharing their expertise and creativity with your child!
Mr. Brendan Mason, music teacher, has toured both nationally and internationally performing in Switzerland, France, Germany, and Australia. He has individually performed with notable musicians such as Shania Twain, and was featured on an ESPN recording. Mr. Mason attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana to pursue a degree in music education and percussion peformance. He studied under Ken Green while at Northwestern and previously with Paul Cormier, Mike Gagon, and Matt Mayotte.
Mrs. Corina AlvarezdeLugo, art teacher, is a mixed media painter and sculptor, as well as instructor to all levels from small children to adults, and holds a BA from Albertus Magnus College. She has been able to curate exhibitions, and to give workshops and demos to art organizations, as well as artist talks around Connecticut and in Massachusettes, including the International Encaustic Conference every June in Provincetown, MA.

Mrs. Dorota Xeller, music and movement teacher, holds an MA in English Philology and a BA in voice, soprano. She has music training in opera and piano, and has spent 16 years in Schola Cantorium Opoliensis Legenda performing as a soloist in most of the European countries, and later sang for two years in St. Ceciia's chorus performing at Carnegie Hall. Mrs. Xeller is Head of Early Childhood Music Department at Neighborhood Music School., and owns a private music company Twinkletoes providing music and movement to many schools in Greater New Haven area.
