7 Months Of Training Done, Here's Branford's New Police Officers

Michael Vitale, Alicia Glifort, and Caroline Massey ​are Branford's newest police officers. Next up: field training.

BRANFORD, CT — It's official. After seven months of basic training, officers Michael Vitale, Alicia Glifort, and Caroline Massey are Branford's newest police officers.

Thursday the 366th Recruit Officer Class completed their seven-month Basic Training Program at the Police Officer Standards and Training Council at the Connecticut Police Academy in Meriden.

Branford Police announced on Facebook it is "proud to officially welcome Officer Michael Vitale, Officer Alicia Glifort, and Officer Caroline Massey as they begin the next step of their training during their Field Training Program at Branford Police Department."
