Accused Murderer of Yale Physician Wants U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Case: Report
Dr. Lishan Wang allegedly killed Dr. Vajinder Toor in Branford in 2010, and also tried to kill Toor's wife who was pregnant at the time.

BRANFORD, CT — Dr. Lishan Wang, who stands accused of killing Dr. Vajinder Toor in Branford in 2010, wants the United States Supreme Court to hear an appeal of a lower court forcing him to take medication, reports Fox61 News.
The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that Wang could be forcibly medicated in order to stand trial in the case, which also includes charges that he tried to kill the Yale University physician's wife, too, who was pregnant at the time.
Wang has delusional disorder and paranoia, according to his attorneys, and he claims that forced medication is a violation of his constitutional rights.
