Alert Issued for Missing Branford Man

Update: Police sent out a corrected release that identified Laronde’s first name as Albert instead of Richard.

Police have issued a Silver Alert for Albert Laronde, 56.

Laronde was last seen in Branford on Jan. 3, according to police. He is a white male, 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighs 280 pounds.

He may be driving a red 2003 Chevy S-10 pick-up truck with Connecticut plate number 5CH-421.

Police ask anyone who knows his location to contact them at 203-481-4241.
