Amazon Wants To Build Distribution Center In Branford: Report
Presented to the Economic Development Commission, an application process for a facility near exit 53 could start next month, it's reported.
BRANFORD, CT — Amazon made a pitch to the Branford Economic Development Commission Wednesday morning to bring a distribution center to the lot across from Walmart near exit 53, according to a Branford Seven report.
As reported, the site would potentially be home to a near-100,000 square foot facility and the application process could begin as early as next month, it's reported.
A revised commission agenda included the Amazon presentation under "Selectman’s Report: 1. Exit 53."
