Materials can be filed online or mailed to the Branford Rotary Club Scholarship Committee.

4. CT restaurant closing after 14 years. Customers lament loss of ‘home away from home' (courant.com) — Home Restaurant on Main Street in Branford will close May 31 after 14 years, ending a run as a beloved, celiac-friendly “home away from home” for many shoreline diners. Owner Jared Schulefand cites the aging building and needed upgrades, and invites customers to visit him and familiar staff at several other local eateries.

Crew, Universal Hotel Liquidators: Connecticut's latest business openings, closings (thehour.com) — A longtime Branford favorite, Home restaurant on Main Street will serve its final meals on May 31 after 14 years in business.
