June 24
Thomas Earl Northrup Jr., 43, of West Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
June 25
Cornell D. Booker, 53, of Branford, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
June 28
Crystal Jade Arneson, 40, of Silver Springs, FL, was charged with third-degree assault.
Laylani Candelario, 20, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
