Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance presents Cocktails & Conversation With Ann Nyberg, Author Amy Bloom

Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance presents Cocktails & Conversation with CT journalist, author, and storyteller Ann Nyberg and New York Times bestselling author Amy Bloom, Saturday, Oct. 10, 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at BACA Art Gallery, 1004 Main St., Branford (Ann Nyberg)

BRANFORD, CT—Described as an "intimate
evening of conversation, cocktails, and storytelling," Branford Arts & Cultural Alliance presents "Cocktails & Conversation" with Connecticut journalist, author, and storyteller
Ann Nyberg and New York Times bestselling author Amy Bloom.

Set for Saturday, Oct. 10, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the BACA Art Gallery, 1004 Main St., Branford, the event will feature a conversation between Nyberg and Bloom as they discuss Bloom's powerful memoir, In Love: A Memoir of Love and Loss.

The book explores love, loss, and resilience and is described
in the event materials as a soon-to-be major motion picture.

It's noted that attendees "will have the opportunity to enjoy an engaging conversation with two accomplished storytellers in
the welcoming setting of the BACA Gallery."

"The event offers an evening centered on literature, personal
stories and meaningful conversation while supporting the arts in the Branford community," it's noted in a news release.

Each ticket includes a copy of Amy Bloom's memoir, In Love: A Memoir of Love and Loss.

Following the conversation, guests will have the special opportunity to have their book signed by Amy Bloom and to take a photo with the author.

Tickets are $100, with limited seating available. All proceeds benefit BACA and its ongoing programs, exhibitions, educational opportunities, and community arts initiatives.
