BRANFORD, CT — A $100,000-winning scratch-off ticket was sold recently in Branford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
An anonymous Stamford resident won the big prize after playing the $500,000 CASHWORD 2nd Edition scratch-off game. The winning ticket was purchased in Branford at 350 Foxon Road Food Mart, 202 E. Main St.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the CASHWORD 2nd Edition scratch-off game costs $30.
There are four $100,000 winners out of over 1.5 million tickets of the game.
