Joan Barbara Lindell, 82, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and evading responsibility with physical injury.

Anthony F. Brinley, 80, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 15

Jonathan D. Smalling, 41, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Oct. 17

Edwin Leonardo Vasquez, 35, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
