Appeal Filed to Stop Atlantic Wharf Apartment Project
The proposed complex in Branford would hold 205 units.

Branford resident Bobby Costanzo has filed an appeal in Superior Court to block the planned 205-unit Atlantic Wharf apartment complex.
The Branford Seven reports that Costanzo’s objection to the initiative, which was approved by the Branford Planning and Zoning Commission earlier this month, is based in part on what he considers to be:
- An inadequate traffic study
- A possible conflict of interest for Commissioner Marcia Palluzzi, who works for the firm listing the property
- Incorrect meeting date postings
