The Tenant is Tangen Biosciences, Inc. The company’s CEO is John Nobile. They will be using the space to expand their bioscience company. Tangen Biosciences is a molecular diagnostics company that provides portable, accurate DNA detection with their Tangen DX instrument. The Landlord is Gray Eagle Corporation.
