BRANFORD, CT - The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of 900 square-feet at 28 School Street, Branford.

The Tenant is Aeromics, LLC. Marc Pelletier is the CEO.

Aeromics is a Cleveland based bioscience company which, with the help of a grant from Connecticut Innovations and its Senior Director of Investments, Peter Longo, are opening a Connecticut hub of Aeromics which studies brain gases and health.

28 School Street is a former elementary school which has been converted to offices and business incubator space. The Geenty Group was the sole broker in this transaction. Kristin Geenty represented the Tenant, and Barry Stratton represented the Landlord, The Old School, LLC.
