Blizzard Forces Changes To Branford's Trash/Recycling Schedule

BRANFORD, CT — Due to the impending winter storm that is forecasted for Tuesday, we believe it is in the best interest of everyone’s safety to postpone the Wednesday curbside collection for one day, Branford officials said. (This will also postpone Thursday’s collection to Friday)

Please be sure to put your materials out as early as possible the day before your collection day, and check the Town of Branford Solid Waste Department’s website for any updates, officials said. To sign up for Branford breaking news alerts and more, click here.

Also, please note tonight’s collection will occur as normally scheduled, however will be earlier (10 p.m.) to allow the haulers to complete the route before the storm begins.
