A Hint of Hogwarts for Adults

A Hint of Hogwarts for Adults tickets are available for purchase now and a bargain at $75 each.  After October 6th an engorgement charm will activate and tickets for the event will be $100 each.  Buy this week!

A Hint of Hogwarts for Adults on Saturday, October 20, at 7:00 p.m., is an adult-only night of sinful spells and deadly company.  The evening will feature all the fun of the children’s events plus magical music, killer silent auction, potent potions, and delectable delicacies, all in the Hogwarts castle, classrooms and Great Hall.  Everyone will have a chance to visit Ollivander’s and be matched to the perfect wand.  Are you curious about what the future might hold for you?  Stop by the Divination classroom and Professor Trelawney will read your tarot cards.

Nancy and Peter Berdon are graciously stocking the bar for the evening.  They are proud to support the James Blackstone Memorial Library and excited to try the 3 signature cocktails for the evening: Moaning Myrtle, a champagne/vodka/grape juice cocktail; Dementor’s Kiss, a chocolaty martini; and Professor Trelawney’s Tea, gin/Earl Gray tea with a little lemon and sweetened a bit.  Peter is an attorney in private practice and serves as executive director of WSWC (Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of CT), a non-profit trade association that encourages adults to consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible fashion.
