The Hogwarts Faculty (library volunteers) have gathered everything from 8-hours of handyman work to gift certificates to your favorite local restaurants for the adult silent auction.  But some of the most unique items that will be available in the auction and the kids’ cauldron raffle are two stunning hand-knit Weasley sweaters.  Not a big Harry Potter fan?  Perhaps a cocktail party hosted by the Hogwarts Faculty at a fabulous seaside property in Branford is more to your taste – you would win that too!  For more information and to purchase tickets, please visit the website www.blackstonehalloween.org.  All proceeds will benefit the children’s programs of the James Blackstone Memorial Library.
