Captain's Log: Week Seven - Away Team Confirms Species

A closer examination of what was thought to be a hybrid of broccoli and some type of gourd (a broccolourd) has confirmed that the giant growing in the corner is in fact another tomatillo plant!  In my fury to finish planting before the soaked me through and through, I apparently grabbed a stray tomatillo seedling and planted it near the onions.  Linear transgression aside, I am pleased that another plant has been added to the tomatillo line up.  I also made the executive decision to pull some of the strawberry runners in an effort to divert the plant's energy to growing bigger berries instead of future infiltrators.  It remains to be seen if my tactical attack has worked.
