I believe we have reached the part in the growing season where the focus shifts from making sure things are growing on schedule to rubbing my hands together, eagerly awaiting the deluge of vegetables that are to come. Tomatillos abound and there are flowers on all the pepper plants and there are FINALLY flowers on the tomato plants. Once again, I used myself for scale. The serrano plants behind me are almost up to my waist and as you can see, the tomatillo plant is almost my height. Victory is mine!
