Learning Magic with Jeff Horton at the Branford Recreation Department starting in April

The Branford Recreation Department is pleased to announce that registration for all spring programs has begun including the new magical workshop with Branford's own Jeff Horton.Open to all boys and girls in grades three thru six, the class will meet at the Branford Recreation Department on Thursdays, starting on April 25th and run until May 23, 2013 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. (with the last class starting at 6:30 p.m. for a magic show put on by Magician Jeff Horton and his prospective students!).  The fee for this workshop is $45.00 per person and registration can be done by calling the Branford Recreation Department at 203-488-8304 or by registering online at www.branfordrecreation.org. Learning Magic participants will learn some "tricks of the trade" in a one hour hands on weekly workshop presented by local magician Jeff Horton.  Attendees will receive all the props needed to begin entertaining including playing cards, rubber bands, and other small objects - even a magic wand!!  The workshop is open to all students grades three thru six. Jeff Horton has been performing throughout Connecticut for over 25 years and is a member of both the Society of American Magicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
