Branford Bans Smoking at Town Recreational Facilities: Report

BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Recreation Board has adopted a no smoking policy for all parks in town, according to the Branford Seven.

Officials cited the dangers of secondhand smoke as a major reason for the smoking ban.

The ban includes all Branford Recreation Department facilities including beaches and is in effect at all times.
