Branford Based Business Moves Into Larger Building

BRANFORD, CT — The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of 1,100 SF +/- at 625 East Main Street, Branford.

The Tenant is Compassionate Care at Home, LLC. Joseph and Diana Campano are the Principals. Compassionate Care at Home provides in-home caregivers to elderly folks throughout Connecticut, according to a news release. They have more than 80 caregivers on staff.

They have relocated from their previous offices in Branford which they had outgrown. The Landlord is 625 Partners, LLC. The space is a four-room suite in a fully renovated 1700’s building which, while formerly a residence, has been converted to high quality offices. Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR were the sole agents in this transaction.
