BRANFORD, CT - A 19,250 square-foot light industrial style building has been sold for more than $800,000, according to the Geenty Group Realtors.
The building is located at 160 North Branford Road in Branford. It’s located on 1.5 acres, and was used for upscale furniture manufacturing and sales.
The Buyer is Shoreline Rentals, Inc. They are a full service rental center (doing business as Taylor Rental) as well as a full-service party rental service provider (doing business as Party Plus), according to a news release.
