Branford Business Finds a New Home

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced today that her firm negotiated a lease for the remaining 6,000 square-feet at 57 East Industrial Road, Branford.

Pearce’s firm represented the landlord, RCR Enterprises, and Shoreline Crossfit who signed a five-year lease in the new 10,000 SQFT building.

Shoreline Crossfit will relocate from its other Branford location to this new facility. Previously, Joel Galvin also leased the building’s other 4,000SQFT space to Coastline Consulting and Development, and again represented the landlord and new tenant. The building is now fully occupied.
