The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

The single most pressing issue facing our town is economic development. We have no full-time Economic Development Director, and we absolutely need one. Walking downtown, I see so much potential to revitalize and bring more jobs to Branford. In addition, we need to give small, and independent businesses incentives to come to Branford. I intend to make this the focus of my time on the RTM as well as effective communication with the residents.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I will bring a different point of view and a fresh set of eyes to the RTM. Having recently moved here from Litchfield County, one thing I have noticed is that there is a lack of communication with the community. I would like to bring more transparency and willingness to serve the residents of my community.

Accomplishments:

I have worked on numerous campaigns for Mayor, First Selectmen, and Board of Selectman and statewide office. I have also represented my prior community on its local Park and Rec Committee, as well as the Conservation Committee. This brought me knowledge of how to engage with my community as well as extend across party lines to get certain initiatives passed.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I care about the community that I live in, and I want to help make it even better. I want to help push for sidewalks across town, so people can walk safely, but also to connect the community. I want to reach across party lines and get the job done.
