Branford Firefighters Battle Guilford House Fire
BREAKING: Several fire departments battled the blaze late Sunday.

GUILFORD, CT — Firefighters from Guilford, Branford, North Branford, and Madison were all busy battling a fire that broke out in Guilford late Sunday.
The Branford Fire Department said multiple 911 calls were received by Branford Dispatch reporting flames coming from a house on the Branford, Guilford, and North Branford Town line across from Bill Millers at 3080 Boston Post Road.
Branford, Guilford Fire Department and North Branford Fire Department all responded with Madison Hose Co. No. 1 providing standby. The home was reported vacant and was well involved with flames through the roof upon arrival, the fire department said.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire without injury and confirmed the home was unoccupied.The home is within the jurisdiction of the Town of Guilford and their Fire Marshal is working to determine cause.
