The new owner plans to upgrade the two existing buildings on the site.
The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of 8,000-square feet on 1.1 acres located at 972 West Main Street, Route 1 on the “Branford Hill,” which is a hot retail area in Branford.
The Seller is J & J Holdings, LLC, and Kevin Geenty SIOR and Kristin Geenty SIOR were their agent.
The Buyer is the Da Silva Family. They are investors/developers who will renovate and reposition the property and the two retail buildings on it.
