Branford Land Trust Earth Day Clean-Up Set For April 23

From 10 a.m. to noon at Red Hill Woods, volunteers should wear gloves, long sleeves and appropriate footwear that may get muddy.

BRANFORD, CT — Along with the town, the Branford Land Trust holds an Earth Day cleanup Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to noon at Red Hill Woods.

Volunteers should meet at the end of Red Hill Road, so all may hike into the preserve together. The Land Trust will supply pickup sticks and bags. Please wear gloves, long sleeves and appropriate footwear that may get muddy. Pro-tip: no open toed shoes.

The rain date is Sunday, April 24, same time, same place.
