Branford Man Accused Of Stalking: Milford PD

The accused was initially held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

MILFORD, CT — A Branford man is accused of stalking a person in Milford, police said. On June 14, police received a complaint of a possible violation of a protective order.

Investigation led to the arrest of David Tobey, 37, of Mona Avenue in Branford, who is accused of contacting a person who holds a full no-contact protective order against him by sending a message to the protected person via Facebook messenger, police said.

He is charged with first-degree stalking, violation of protective order, and second-degree harassment. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
