Branford Man Caught Breaking Into Business: Milford Police
Two people were arrested, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Branford man and a Louisiana woman are accused of breaking into a Milford business, police said. On May 2, Milford Police responded to a burglary alarm at an East Broadway convenience store, police said.
Upon arrival, officers saw Jason Roman, 31, of Greens Farm Road in Branford inside of the store after closing hours and a Gray Mitsubishi sedan flee the scene at a high rate of speed, police said. Officers made contact with Roman, and he was taken into custody, police said.
A short time later, officers found the fleeing vehicle and Sara Blackburn, 20, of Louisiana was arrested, police said.

They were both charged with burglary and larceny offenses and each held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
