Branford Man Made 420 Fraudulent Purchases Totaling $74K: PD
The accused was issued a $50,000 bond, Milford Police say.
MILFORD, CT — A Branford man is accused of making 420 fraudulent purchases while using the victim's credit card, Milford Police said.
On Aug. 20 police arrested James Kozlowski, 43, of Pine Orchard Road on a warrant. Kozlowski is accused of making about 420 fraudulent purchases using the victim's credit card between August 2017 and December 2018, totaling more than $74,000, police said.
He is charged with first-degree identity theft, first-degree larceny, credit card fraud, and illegal use of a credit card. He was given a $50,000 bond.
