Joseph A. Gargano, 40, of Short Beach Drive in East Haven is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Ronald Skoloski, 57, of Leetes Island Road is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Aaron Aver, 20, of Pond Meadow Road in Killingworth is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession near a school, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief, and interfering with an officer.

Lisa Controy, 58, of Limewood Road is charged with DUI.

Michael A. Sabia, 54, of Hilltop Drive is charged with DUI.
