Eric R. Andrade, 44, of Woodcrest Avenue in Wolcott is charged with second-degree harassment, violation of a protective order and first-degree failure to appear.

Sabrina Mitchell, 25, of Main Street in East Haven is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Caitlin Rose, 33, of Marshall Road is charged with DUI.

Daniel J. Thomas, 36, is charged with DUI, weapons in motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, and second-degree intimidation.

Jonathan Murrary, 36, of Longfellow Drive is charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Schutte, 40, of Montowese Street is charged with second-degree threatening and violation of a protective order.
