Michael R. Pacapelli, 18, of Monticello Drive is charged with interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and second-degree threatening.

Alfred J. Ranieri, 34, of Limewood Avenue is charged with second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

Matthew J. Spina, 47, of Van Horn Drive in East Haven is charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and fourth-degree larceny.
