Jesus Torres, 29, of Old Bradley Street in East Haven is charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, and running from police.

Eric R. Andrade, 44, of Woodcrest Avenue in Wolcott is charged with first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and violation of a restraining order.

Jessie L. Canestri, 36, of Silver Street is charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

Tiffany Falcone, 44, of Main Street is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.
