Thomas E. Conway, 66, of Pineview Drive is charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Heath Tucci, 48, of Monticello Drive is charged with second-degree threatening.

James Garafano, 23, of Old Post Road in Northford is charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree breach of peace.

Rodney Pacileo, 48, of Ivy Street is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Christopher D. Smith, 45, of Pine Orchard Road is charged with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear.
