Brandon Downing, 19, of Stonegate Court is charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Eric Maldonado, 30, of Opal Street in Milford is charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Timothy J. Parks, 60, of Hawthorne Terrace is charged with disorderly conduct.
