John E. Kraszewski, 50, of Laurel Street in East Haven is charged with three counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Andrea Pepe, 30, of Townsend Avenue in East Haven is charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit.
