Carissa L. Coppola, 30, of Thompson Avenue in East Haven is charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half ounce and interfering with an officer.

Tyrell Cox, 24, of Ella Grasso Boulevard in New Haven is charged with third-degree larceny, credit card theft, third-degree forgery, second-degree identity theft, and receipt from illegal use of a credit card.

Daniel P. Lewis, 50, of Shore Drive is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Edwin A. Nealon, 26, of Stonegate Circle is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.
