Michael Burrows, 22, of Grove Place in West Haven is charged with violation of probation.

James Eybel, 42, of Florence Road is charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Ferreira, 20, of Totoket Road in Northford is charged with first-degree criminal trespass and violation of a protective order.

Michael Parise, 55, of Terrace Avenue in West Haven is charged with tampering with a witness, second-degree harassment, violation of a criminal protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.

Kayla J. Plouffe, 29, of Lovelind Street in Middletown is charged with possession of marijuana, interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear.
