Justin McClendon, 22, of Ella Grasso Boulevard in New Haven is charged with first-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and possession of a controlled substance.

Bernard Mochran, 46, of Fresh Meadow Road is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Jeffrey W. Sager, 42, of Flat Rock Road is charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and second-degree violation of conditions of release.
