Jeffrey Modine, 29, of Chittenden Road in Killingworth is charged with home improvement expired certificate, notices in sales agreement, violating home solicitation sale act, and second-degree larceny.

Lisa M. Gargano, 40, of Foxon Road in East Haven is charged with interfering with an officer.

Dustin Chmielewski, 23, of Maple Street is charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

William V. Taft, 46, of Woodland Avenue in North Haven is charged with second-degree threatening.

Edwin Dieda, 21, of Qunnipiac Avenue in New Haven is charged with reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit.

Stephen Perkins, 36, of McMahon Lane in North Branford is charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and illegally possessing weapons in motor vehicle.

Amanda M. Arsan, 29, of Colony Road in Seymour is charged with violation of protective order.

Carmen E. Nieves, 43, of Greenwich Avenue in New Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Krista M. Richardson, 30, of Red Hill Road is charged with illegally operating motor vehicle while under the influence.

David Roldan, 42, of Wrengshe Avenue in New Haven is charged with second and third-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trover.
