James O. Hammell, 64, of Maple Street is charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher R. Napoleon, 30, of Romona Way is charged with risk of injury, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Angel Padilla, 37, of Chamberlin Street in New Haven is charged with interfering with an officer, violation of probation, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Robert J. Torelli, 25, of O'Brien Road is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Clifford F. Starnault, 39, of Rock Street in East Haven is charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Robert Walsh, 34, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton is charged with violation of probation.

Torrance Furr, 45, of Tacoma Court in Groton, is charged with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

Robert R. Greenspun, 27, of Tuttle Drive in New Haven, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas Frizell, 31, of Foote Road in East Haven is charged with illegally possessing prescription drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Kenneth A. Vogt, 29, of Old Hickory Lane is charged with three counts of second-degree failure to appear and one count of first-degree failure to appear.
