James Allen Boak, 66, of Park Place is charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Tyler Desisto, 23, of Stone Ridge Lane is charged with violation of probation.

Pankaj Dhingra, 37, of Alps Road is charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Sydney L. Piekarz, 22, of Lakewood Drive in Madison is charged with first-degree failure to appear.
