Matthew J. Corbett, 38, of Winthrop Avenue in New Haven is charged with first-degree failure to appear, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and criminal impersonation.

Dianna Pagano, 37, of Pond Street is charged with criminal impersonation, violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear.

Sydney L. Piekarz, 22, of Stone Ridge Lane is charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.

Zachary A. Scott, 29, of Saltonstall Parkway in East Haven is charged with violation of a protective order.

Matthew S. Lipowski, 31, of Maple Avenue in North Haven is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Steven L. Outlaw, 25, of Shelton Avenue in New Haven is charged with criminal impersonation, violation of probation and interfering with an officer.

Shareen Robertson, 41, of South Curtis Road in Meriden is charged with sixth-degree larceny.
