Jackson Downey-Teachout, 28, of Cornwall, Vermont is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.

Rachel P. Ferraro, 34, of Thompson Street in East Haven is charged with second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Shawn P. Hopkinson, 34, of Piscitello Drive is charged with violation of probation.

Stephen E. Irish, 34, of Thorpe Street in North Haven is charged with evading responsibility and conspiracy to commit/tampering physical evidence.

William Medinger, 30, of Windmill Hill Road is charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree illegally possessing child pornography and enticing a minor by computer.
